Farmers Market Smoothie
We’ve taken a walk through the farmers market for this fresh-forward smoothie made with Pure Leaf Sweet Tea, cantaloupe, kale, banana and medjool dates.
Ingredients
- Cantaloupe, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 cup
- Kale, stemmed and coarsely chopped 1 cup
- Ripe banana 1
- Medjool dates, quartered 1/2 cup
- Flax seeds or flax seed meal 2 tsp
- Fresh ginger, grated 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Ice
- Pure Leaf Unsweetened Tea As needed
Directions
1. In a blender, combine 1 cup of Pure Leaf Unsweetened tea with all listed ingredients.
2. Blend on puree or high until smooth.
3. Serve cold.
