Piña Basil Fizz

Subtly sweet tropical Viva Sol Piña pairs with fresh, herby basil, light rum, fizzy club soda and tart lime for a delicious way to celebrate anything.
Ingredients
  • Light Rum 1.5 oz.
  • Viva Sol Piña 4 oz.
  • Basil Leaves 3-4
  • Club Soda
  • Fresh Lime Juice
  • Basil Leaf (garnish)
  • Ice As needed

Directions

1. Muddle basil and Piña Aguas Fresca in a cocktail shaker.

2. Fill shaker in ice, rum, and squeeze of lime.

3. Shake to combine.

4. Pour into a champagne flute and top with club soda.

5. Garnish with pineapple and basil leaf.
